The appartment is beautiful, clean and has a lovely vieuw! The location is great. A lot of facilities around and easy to walk into the city while enjoying local markets! Great and quick responds over whatsapp. Great understanding and support for a late, free of charge, check out.

Best Serviced Apartment in the City~!

I've stayed in this residence place few times and I believe this is the best service apartment in the city. Apartment is super nice and the manager, Mr. Hoang Kevin, took care of everything even when my schedule was changed. (Thank you, Kevin~) I definitely recommend this place!

Possibly Most Fancy Apartment in the City~

Great location, of course! Right at the Landmark area with all entertainments and shopping mall, this apartment is definitely the fanciest apartment in the city!

Ruby is a host and very helpful. She went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Took time to show you around. It’s a newest place in SG. Very modern and convenient. There are many restaurants in the shopping center and a supermarket. Now you can pick up stuffs there if you forgot to pack them.

Best place to stay at HCM...

The apartment is new, highly secured, located in the best CBD area of HCM. The manager is friendly. When I arrived, it is 11PM and she still waited for me. The mall is next to the apartment where you can find food, coffee, bank, super market, convenient store and etc. It only takes 20 minutes from the new CBD area to old town.

Beautiful property. Probably the best area to stay at for safety. Cleanliness. And convenience. Host was super nice. Diligent and responsive. There are issues with the logistics but the host was so helpful it was genuinely pleasant experience. He was up at midnight trying to resolve the issue (door lock malfunction).
