Had trouble getting into the property with the owner at 1 am! Happened at least twice again with the same issue, even the cleaner could not get in. Pool is not for "bnb" renters, you can use the pool but not the pool deck. It did not make sense. You also have to be taken down, there's no direct access. Some areas of wear and tear noted throughout the rooms. There was no bathroom rug, had to mop after each shower. Rug was brought in three days later. Minor inconviniences. Beautiful view. Shopping locations including a mini mart and 7 eleven. Awesome a/c in each room. Owner was apologetic on day 1 and treated the party to a local meal, welcome surprise. I would not stay here again. Will take hotel.

The location was great! The staff were amazing. Always ready to reply to our messges. The unit was amazingly clean. Very spacious and the view from the 26th floor was spectacular! Highly recommend staying here, very affordable especially in a major city. Many late night quick shops downstairs for last minute needs. Thank you staff! It was a pleasure staying at the River Gate!

Min was a great host at this location. It is just a 6 minute walk to district one activities, 4 minutes from delicious food, and many conveniences in just a few blocks. Elevator building. Balcony. Min made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for saving us after our first hotel cancelled our reservation.

The Rivergate property was lovely, modern and a quiet respite from the noisy, chaos of Ho Chi Minh. While a wonderful, vibrant city, we found that we needed a bit of quiet to recover from the city of scooters! Especially while walking!

Good location. Lots of street food in the area within walking distance. The team has great communication overall. The only issue that I had was the initial communication with the property manager. I wasn't able to contact through Zalo since the number doesn't allow to receive call from strangers. Luckily, I got to borrow a local phone and finally got in touch with the property manager after over 30 minutes waiting. My recommendation to the property manager is to allow more forms of communication since not everyone would have a local sim card. Overall, my family loves the place and will definitely visit this place again.

We were there from July 26-Aug 1 in Block B. Property contact was very responsive through WhatsApp on my queries throughout the period. Overall the property is clean and well maintained. There was a bit of musty smell on the new sheets after the first cleaning and bedsheets were changed but we are very happy with the stay. It’s a plus to have laundry facilities at the premise.
