Pro: we received an upgrade room for being a VIP Access. This hotel is close to the airport, within walking distance to restaurants, wine and spirit store, convenience stores. This hotel and room are relatively clean but it’s outdated. The cons: bathroom floor share with shower, sink, and toilet thus the whole floor is wet after showr. As a result, this is not safe because the floor is wet to walk on for using the toilet. Room has limited outlets. One in the bedroom and two in the bathroom where shower, sink and toilet share the same enclosed flower. I’ll not stay this hotel again and don’t recommend to seniors and family with kids.

Good hotel near the airport. We’d stayed here twice. The hotel is not very well insulated so you can hear noises from the other rooms if the hotel is busy but it’s great if you need to catch an early flight

All in all, great hotel. No shuttle bus service.
Room was very clean, air conditioning worked great, toilet and shower worked great, bed was very very comfortable. Wifi was fast with steady connection. You have to get a taxi to and from the airport, I did not receive any sort of shuttle bus service.

Too noisy at night time, people walking outside hallway so noise can't sleep, people above us either miving chairs or walking it was so noise due to no noise isolation between the floors level. Would not recommend to other travelers stay if they wanted a nice quiet sleep during at night

it is good overall, I gave it 8 points over 10. The only thing I did not like is there is no landline phone. this is so inconvenient for me because I need to call front desk (lobby) or call out. I hope phone need to be added on for future uses.
