We also offer an incredible theatre room equipped with six comfortable recliner chairs or maybe some would like to sit up at the celery top pine bar at the back of the room. The theatre room offers an 83 inch Smart TV with surround sound system and comes with a basic Foxtel package giving an amazing atmosphere for movies and sporting events. You will have the option to log into your Netflix, Stan or other similar accounts so there’s nothing left to do but sit back and enjoy watching your favourite shows in style.
The lower-level rumpus area is a room set up for the kiddies to have their own space with a couch, bean bags, tv and playstation for their own entertainment.
The bedrooms consist of a spacious master bedroom offering a king size bed where you can wake up and take in the amazing views down the river and across to the mountain. It contains a large built-in wardrobe where you can unpack and set yourself up for your stay.
The second bedroom offers a king size bed which can be split into two king singles if required for the children or other adults. This bedroom offers some river and mountain views and is also equipped with a built-in wardrobe.
The third bedroom is situated off the main lounge area and offers a queen size bed with a free standing clothes rack.
The fourth bedroom is situated on the lower level and is equipped with a queen size bed and built in wardrobe. It has access to its own toilet and bathroom.
The main bathroom is a spacious room with shower, vanity and corner spa and there is a separate toilet.
There is ample off street parking as the house is equipped with two driveways.

"River View Holiday House" is located in one Hobarts most popular on Hobart’s sunny Eastern Shore in the quiet suburb of Bellerive. There is a great little Grocery store (Salamanca Fresh, 19 Clarence Street,) just down the road with a great range of Tasmanian produce You are a 3 minute drive to Eastlands, Tasmanians largest shopping Centre, as well as restaurants, hotels and Blundstone Arena, making it an ideal place to stay for sporting events such as football and cricket. It is also an easy 10 minute drive to the heart of the Hobart CDB or a short drive to Bellerive Quay where you can catch a ferry to the city across the beautiful Derwent River. You are also only a 1 minute drive to the very popular Bellerive beach.
Getting Around:
We recommend hiring a car to take advantage of what Southern Tasmania has to offer. There is a great bus service that runs regulating down the road from the house in Clarence Street, as well as the ferry at Bellerive Quay.
