The outdoor stairs from the car park leads you through some beautiful native plants down to the front patio, with a breath taking view of the River Derwent. There is some charming patio furniture for those sunny morning coffees and pastries, bought from the local grocer 5 minutes up the road. The space is small but charming; there is a full open plan kitchen and dining entrance area, with a full bathroom also containing the laundry facilities. The only bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed with side tables, reading lamps, a clothes rail, and a TV. There are some steps down to the scenic living room, which contains a large corner sofa, another dining option (to revere the view over your breakfast), and another TV. A shelf full of books is also available in the apartment, if you feel like relaxing on the large sofa and getting lost in a good story. We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide pantry basics, tea, coffee, and some milk to get you started.
