There was no front desk, you have to use email, communication horrible...When getting to the room, it was SO HOT, there is no AC, no Fan, nothing for cooling down..I emailed them ask help, but no response. "The house was in a beautiful location overlooking much of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains. It was a luxury stay on 3 levels with a sauna and jacuzzi and well appointed kitchen. Seélisberg is difficult to access so a car is really necessary but very much worth getting 1/2 an hour from Lucerne and using it as a launching point to explore the area on foot, by funicular and ferry. A very enjoyable stay."
