Sehr gute Ferienwohnung, für 7 Personen etwas knapp. Schlafsofa für Nr.7 im Wohnzimmer ok, da aber nur ein Durchgang zur Küche ist naja. Das Bad ist sehr klein . der Rest war super und Vermieterin sehr nett, hilfsbereit und fehlende Dinge gleich erledigt.

Hochfilzen liegt in Tirol an der Grenze zum Salzburger Land. So gibt es unendliche viele Ausflugsziele in beiden Bundesländern. Wir waren meistens im Pinzgau unterwegs. Nun schon zum 3.Mal besuchten wir nach 2018 und 2019 die Hochgebirgsstauseen in Kaprun. Der Königssee liegt 65 km entfernt und ist ebenfalls ein Besuch wert. Bei Schlechtwetter bieten sich die Salzwelten an. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin begrüßt. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß. Vor dem Haus gibt es Tisch und Sitzmöglichkeiten. So kann auch draußen gegessen werden. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie enspricht den Bildern. Bei heißen Temperaturen ist es in der Wohnung angenehm kühl. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist ruhig gelegen. Frau Kapeller wohnt mit Familie im gleichen Haus. Sie nimmt sich Zeit für Ihre Gäste und pflegt einen sehr herzlichen Umgang mit ihren Gästen. Wenn es sich mal wieder ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder. Wir können diese FW empfehlen.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, haben immer wieder gefragt, ob alles passt, ob wir etwas brauchen, sehr angenehm. Es war toll, dass die Handtücher und Geschirrtücher gestellt wurden und sogar gewechselt wurden.
