"Wir haben mit der Familie ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich gut und nett eingerichtet, was uns gefallen hat. Es gab jedoch ein paar Punkte, die nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen haben.Zunächst gab es etwas Verwirrung beim Inserat, da die Angaben zur Wohnung nicht ganz klar waren. Wir gingen von 6 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern aus, vorgefunden haben wir jedoch nur drei bis vier Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer sowie eine separate Toilette....

"Sollte ich dem/r Vermieter:in Unrecht tun, tut es mir sehr leid, aber … was hat es mit diesen offenen Türen auf sich? Egal wie oft ich die Haustüre geschlossen habe, kurz darauf war sie wieder offen. Ja, das gemietete Zimmer war abschließbar, wurde auch so genutzt, aber Vorort hin oder her, es war schon ein merkwürdiges Gefühl wenn die Wohnung 24/07 zugänglich ist und dich nur die Zimmertür von der Außenwelt trennt… und das im Erdgeschoss. Das war… höchst irritierend."

Also and therefore the biggest dissatisfaction was a shared bathroom with 3 other renters, which was not specified in the listing. Purposely MISREPRESENTED in my opinion in the listing. "A very pleasant and comfortable stay for 4 adults. The apartment, although small, is well appointed for its size. It is located close to the Aschaffenburg Hauptbahnhof as well as the city. All sights are within walking distance as are shops and restaurants. It is a little noisy only because it is close to the station but if the windows are closed it is quiet. "

"This property was the best of all that we booked for our vacation. Very clean, huge, quiet, cheap for its size and own parking space. Grocery shopping, S-Bahn, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. No washing machine and about the laundromat I can't comment since didn't had to wash. Frankfurt about 20 minutes with S-Bahn away. AND the landlord the FRIENDLIEST and nicest person ever!! Would recommend this place with an A+!!"
