We love your house

It’s such a beautiful house! We had a wonderful stay. One of the great advantages of the house is there are 3 bathrooms to give 8 of us convenient access for our comfort.

This hostel was great! The couple who run it are very nice, and it's a very quiet, small place. It's a little far from the town, but not too much. It was storming like crazy while I was there, though, so I caught up on a lot of sleep!

Great place to explore Höfn.

We had a great stay. There were open spaces to relax. The rooms were very clean and, plenty of room for luggage and storage space. I would reccomend this facility.

Bra å bo i Haukaberg House

Haukaberg House ligger i et boligområde. Akkurat nå er det en omfattende rehabilitering av infrastruktur i gatene som snart avsluttes, og det preget også gårdsplassen. Men mottakelsen vi fikk var grei, lapp på døren og nøkkel på døren. Veldig bra fasiliteter med kjøkken og oppholdsrom, stort deilig værelse, deilig seng og flotte bad og wc (selv om vi måtte gå ut på gang). Veldig rolig. Vi dro inn til Høfn for å spise og ble positivt overrasket over utvalget av resturanter og kvaliteten på Pakkhus som vi valgte.

Warm, homey, countryside home

We stayed here for the night recently and highly recommend it to others. It is in a quiet location just outside Hofn, with pasture views of horses and sheep. The home is very well decorated and has a warm feeling, and impeccably clean. We were very pleased here!

Мы с женой были в этом гестхаусе одну ночь в начале июня. Так получилось, что мы очень сильно задерживались в дороге от озера Laugarvatn - был очень хороший солнечный день и множество мест, которые хотелось посмотреть на маршруте .в 400 км. Я позвонил в отель и предупредил хозяйку (Elin) о том, что мы приедем не раньше 23-00. Она сказала, что мы можем не беспокоиться, что наша комната готова и ключ будет в двери Когда мы приехали, то так оно и оказалось. Мы получили номер на первом этаже с интересным интерьером, с окнами на ухоженный дворик, с удобной кроватью и превосходным постельным бельем . Вообще, этот гестхаус очень уютный и домашний, с прекрасной гостиной и полностью оборудованной кухней и двумя душевыми/туалетными комнатами на первом этаже. Утром мы познакомились с хозяйкой Elin - молодой и симпатичной женщиной. Она порекомендовала нам самый безопасный маршрут до озера Myvatn. Наши общие впечатления от проживания очень положительные и мы рекомендуем этот отель.

Excellent value for the money

A great value for the money. Neat, tidy and clean, the guesthouse was a joy to stay at. The landlady was Lively and very accommodating. Haukaberg ís very much recommended.

お湯が温泉じゃないのが嬉しい！

アイスランドでは、家庭でも宿泊施設は、お湯が温泉で硫黄臭がします。でもここは水を電気で温めているそうで、硫黄臭がありません。アイスランドにきて以来、ずっと硫黄くさかった体と髪がリフレッシュできました！
