"This is a pleasant summertime property relatively close to city center, with on-site car parking. Large living room on one end of building features TV, Wifi, games / books / toys for kids, and a wood stove. Kitchen was very functional and property clean. I would not recommend this property for winter occupancy, however. None of the bedrooms featured heat sources and the inside of the house on arrival felt colder than the outside. "We are on two month tour of NZ and in South Island for 6 weeks. This super accommodation was perfect to relax and visit local sights. Shower was great, kitchen spacious and well equipped, good living area. Show stopper was the garden and access to the beach. Despite changeable weather we were drawn there every day.
