So close to markets and literally a 5min walk to Akihabara (tech stores etc.). 3mins walk to Okachimachi station, or Suehirocho Station. 25mins to Shinjuku or Tokyo. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Our room was like a studio apartment with a double bed, a single bed and space for 2 futons. There was also a 4 seater dining table which was great too.

"We had a good stay at Furuhata, but there were a few inconveniences. The onsen was fantastic—nice and hot, perfect after a long day of skiing. Towels and kimonos were replaced daily, which was a great touch, and beds were made every two days. The price was reasonable, and the shuttle to the ski resort ..."
