We came back from a night with family, I was looking in the pantry for milk, there were options but all caffeinated, ( not what I wanted as we were headed to the room for bed'... so the night desk staffer told me he'd go to the kitchen and came back with ''2" two classes of nice cold milk... one cannot ask for better service than that.
