My only complaint is the parking, it's an ongoing challenge unless you're willing to pay for valet parking. They could also use a lot more wait staff around the pool area. Other than that this place is borderline heaven on earth with amazing staff. If I could give 6 stars I would. Cant wait to go back.

We liked the location and the proximity to the ocean. Would be nice if they rented or had beach chairs and boogie boards for rent. TV didn’t work and the laundry keys were limited and rare so we had to wait a day to do laundry.

Got there a little early and asked if we could check in. No, not ready. Asked again at 4, still not ready. Room was ready at 4:30. (Plus there was 4 of us and only 3 towels in the room.) When we got there early we were told to park in the gated parking lot. When we checked out, not even 15 hours later they charged us $50.00! Have to pay or you can't get out. Just one more thing to top off an already bad experience. The Outrigger owes me $50.00!
