"The very best thing about this property are the hosts. Daniel has great English and he is very knowledgeable about travelling in Cuba with lots of terrific, reliable references and advice. If you need anything at all he can likely find it for you. They are good cooks with flexible meal times. Beautifully tiled rooms on a side street close to downtown. The newly redone roof top room next to the terrace is particularly good."

"L'horreur, une honte de louer ça en annonçant de telles prestations. Nous avions réservés 4 nuits, nous sommes partis au bout d'une nuit. La maison n'est pas sur Guardalavaca mais sur la commune d'à côté, au fin fond de la cambrousse. Ne comptez pas trouver un taxi ou un cheval taxi, il n'y a rien. La première plage à 10 mm est envahie par les chevaux et les moutons. La véritable plage est à 25 mm, les premiers bars et restaurants à 40 mm. Les bars annoncés sont ceux des grands hôtels auxquels...

"Customer Service is very poor. It doesn’t matter to be in a country like Cuba to have a good service and have people feel respected and cared of what have being paid for. Rooms are nice, but no shampoo not enough towels even if asked. Continental breakfast is a lie, cooking is good, but service is the worst. We ordered dinner and they came with something else with no explanation or apologies, when I asked the guy about what we ordered he just said : oh yes, but it’s over. Unbelievable! Nature...

"The hotel is under construction so I can't sleep workers start at 9 am and breakfast is served till 9.30 the pool is empty to go to the night club inside in the hotel you have to pay people is rude the drain in the shower was broken really one of my worst experiences ever in a hotel. "

(Maybe address on Expedia should be update, I walk a little bit in the wrong direction but no problem 😂) Apartment is clean, includes everything you need and the open space invites to relaxed and to have your cigarette. Both supported, wherever they can.
