Escape to the lakeshore town of Holland, Michigan, with a stay at this charming vacation cottage located just over a mile from Lake Michigan beaches. With easy access to convenient bike paths leading to Tunnel Park, this location provides a perfect home base for exploring the coast.

This cottage was just updated with a focus on providing everything for future guests. The sunny, well-equipped kitchen opens to the dining area surrounded by bay windows and is located just off the open living space. The main floor has two bedrooms – a primary suite with a queen bed and full bathroom, and a second bedroom with a full bed and adjacent full bathroom. Follow the painted wood stairs to the upper level loft that has been creatively equipped with two twin beds that fold out to create two king beds. This space was designed as a perfect spot for kids to create memorable slumber parties.


PARKING
There is space for 1-2 vehicles on the parking pad. Additional vehicles can be parked in the driveway. Please note that garage access is not available.

THE LOCATION
Enjoy the spacious fenced yard with hot tub, fire pit, Solo stove, deck, and flat top grill, and plenty of room for yard games. Both nearby Tunnel Park and Holland State Park provide direct access to the sandy shores of Lake Michigan with public beaches and connecting bike trails. Take a hike at Riley Trails with 300 acres of rolling terrain and miles of marked trails. Award-winning downtown Holland is just five miles away and provides a wide variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options and features a Thursday night street performer series during the summer season.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund (minus a VRBO fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus a VRBO fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
