COVID-19 We are actively working with our local cleaning service to ensure that enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place for all changeover days including targeting high touch areas like door handles, remote controls, and light switches for disinfection. All laundry is already done on-site in the home to reduce the possibility of contamination. Additionally, our cleaning service never brings in their own equipment such as vacuums, brooms, etc. which reduces the possibility of cross contamination between properties.

This home sleeps 16, but if you need to sleep more, you can rent our home next door to sleep 14 more, for a total of 30 guests!

We know you will enjoy your stay at our beautiful 3800 sq. ft. Saugatuck home on 3.3 acres just 8 minutes from downtown. This home features vaulted ceilings, a grand front porch, and a basement full of activities for all ages. The larger beds have all new luxury mattresses and the bunk beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. All beds have soft Egyptian cotton bedding.

The living room has plenty of seating around a 65" flat screen TV, with a fireplace that can be enjoyed from the kitchen as well. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware and prep tools you need to prepare your meals, and has a table that can accommodate 8-10. There is a complementary laundry room with washer & dryer and an iron.

The walkout basement has a tall ceiling and lots of windows that make it feel like main floor living. It has a billiard table, air hockey table, pop-a-shot, workout room, additional table with seating for up to 14, a theater area with a 9' projection TV screen, and a sectional couch (with pull out full size bed) huddled around a natural gas fireplace. If you are in the mood to grill, there is a natural gas grill located in the back yard, along with a patio with 2 tables that can accommodate 12.

New big 7 person hot tub, with lots jets, speakers, and a waterfall. Everything is very clean and you will enjoy the high, vaulted ceilings.

Great Family Vacation

Great girls trip!
This house was perfect for our girls trip! The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and lots of areas for us to gather. We loved the theater setup, hot tub and fire pit. The location was ideal for visiting downtown Saugatuck and wine tasting. We will definitely be back if we do another trip to SW Michigan!

Great Place
This place was great! We had a guys golf weekend and this house easily held 10 adult guys. While we were not golfing there wasn’t a lack of things to keep us busy. From ping pong, movie room to the large outdoor space. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be close to the lake shore but also have your own space!

Good Times
This is what you call a vacation. There is plenty of space for 3 families. Kids had lots of fun with the spacious land. Activities in the basement. Adults enjoyed the catch up time in the quiet neighborhood with drinks and bonfire.

Great weekend getaway!
Our long weekend away with friends turned out fantastic and this wonderful property was a big reason why! So much space made it easier for everyone to catch up and chat with people we hadn't seen in a long time. Relaxing Getaway
What a treat this place was for our family! Nestled in the woods, this home served as such a rest and replenishment for us from the busy hustle and bustle of our normal lives. We enjoyed the quiet, sounds of the pond and creek and walks on the private trails. The game room, movie theater and hot tub were a huge plus. The well stocked home had everything you would need with lots of room. You will have to travel to the next town for groceries but that was ok with us. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful, clean, and well supplied home! Took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit and the relaxing sounds of the fountain in the pond. The lower level has lots to entertain and love. Perfect home for families with kids and young adults and just a short drive to town. Great home!

Great Spring trip
We had a great time as a quick get away. The house has plenty of room for gathering and the bedrooms were all good sized. The game room was perfect for keeping us all entertained and watching March Madness on the big screens. The hot tub was key for the cold nights and very relaxing. It is a close drive to Saguatuck for dinners and climbing Mt. Baldhead. We would definitely come back for another visit!
