Carefully equipped with everything you need—a fully equipped kitchen boasting stainless appliances, a gas range, a large refrigerator, and an inviting eating area. The brand-new bathroom features a shower/tub combo, along with fresh flooring and fixtures. The sunny main floor master bedroom offers a queen bed and a comfortable sitting area. In the open living room, you'll find a charming stone wall, a flat-screen TV, and double loveseats. Descend into the additional family room, tucked away with its separate entrance, a wooded view, a queen sleeper sofa, and a twin daybed with a trundle.

THE LOCATION
Nestled on a private street adjacent to Lake Michigan, with beach access just at the end of the road. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with relaxing dinners on the attached spacious front deck. Gather around the fire pit for s'mores and storytelling sessions. Rent bikes locally and explore the miles of scenic bike trails along Lakeshore Drive. Nearby Riley Trails offer ample hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Holland State Park is a mere 10-minute drive away, located along the channel leading in from Lake Macatawa, where you can try paddle boarding, kayaking, or rent a pontoon for a leisurely cruise while watching sailboats glide by. Take a leisurely stroll along the pier and visit the iconic Big Red Lighthouse. Looking for dining and shopping? Downtown Holland, with its array of options, breweries, and entertainment, is just 20 minutes away.

The cabin sits on a generous half acre of woods, offering views of the lake accessible across the street via a small path.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. We recommend considering trip insurance to safeguard your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
