My stay here was wonderful. The staff is attentive and gracious, seeing to a guest’s every need. I was delighted to see when I returned to my room in the evening each day that it was all prepared for a relaxing evening (light music playing, slippers laid out, a lit candle by the bath, etc). The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. If you cannot find something, the front desk has it and is eager to help. The location is easily accessible by public transportation and, of course, is across from Kensington garden, a wonderful green space to walk around.

"We really liked the location of the hotel, not too far of a walk to a few different underground stations, close to restaurants and pubs. We stayed with our 2 kids and the room was decent sized room. The pullout was on the smaller size than what we are used to, but our kids were able to sleep on it ..."
