"The property is great. The staff is awful. Very standoffish. They make you feel that you are an inconvenience. I never received a email in regards to their dining policy. We arrived around 7pm and had to drive back into town to find food. Overall it was a huge disappointment. With a friendly staff it would be amazing. "

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "The chairs where really bad. Falling apart and leaving bits and pieces everywhere. including on skin and in bed. The pillows where too thin and 1 was falling apart. The shower was really good. ETA was communicated to us by Bellvilla and was not in order with resort reception. We where blamed for being late. While we came early to the our communicated eta. Appartment only has chairs no sofa. The kitchen wear was filthy on arrival. we found dustbunny's on walls."
