The only thing I didn’t like about the Loggerhead was having to leave. The room was so cute, the beach access right across the street was perfect and the small touches really made the difference. I loved the koozies on the bed! I can’t wait for our next stay!!

Very cute room! Small, but perfect for what we wanted. The bed was very comfortable. Loved that it was walking distance to the beach, amazing sunrise! Will definitely stay again!

The room was cute & clean. There is not a lot of counter space in the bathroom, but that’s okay. They ask you to take out your own trash which I think is ridiculous for the price I paid to stay there. I’m not giving great marks about cleanliness or property condition because I believe (I do not have proof) I was bitten by something while sleeping. The bites did look like bed bug bites. I didn’t notice until I was on my way home & they started to really itch & then I felt all the bumps on my neck & back. So again, no proof this is what it was. It’s only my assumption. The property itself seemed cute & cozy.

Loved this place and loved Surf City and Topsail Island. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of food options and a clean pool.

Loggerhead Inn is not your traditional resort with over the top amenities and luxuries. It is quaint, clean, affordable, and comfortable. As with many places I observed in Topsail, access to the beach was a block away. I could see it from my doorway. The area was pretty quiet as well. The staff is friendly and accessible, unlike many places. I plan to stay there again and I recommend it to anyone.

Overall a great stay, spent most days in the beach. But was perfect to get a restful nights sleep and never-charged for the next day. Room was clean and comfy. Direct path to the public beach access across the street for ease. Will be back

This place was overall excellent. It was located conveniently across the street from the beach and was an easy walk over. You could rent beach chairs for a very reasonable price. Staff was friendly, place was clean. The only major complaint we had is we put our towel bag and sign out on the 3rd day for new towels. It stated to place sign and bag out before 3pm. We did around 10am. After we arrived back from the beach and pool around 4pm. We still did not have towels. The next morning, still no towels replaced. We survived. Also the pool towel bin was empty for two days straight as well. But overall, great place and stay.

It was close to the beach. We rented an umbrella two days. Had a problem with the shower and got a plumber there that day to fix it. Swimming pool was nice. We would stay there again.
