"My husband and I took an impromptu vacation during the off season and wound up in Topsail Island. The suite was spacious and clean. Not sure what it’s like during peak season but I definitely recommend Saltwater Suites. They have bikes you can check out and explore the island. There is a great NY deli on the island that makes a great breakfast sandwich. All in all would recommend. "

"Perfect location, can’t get any closer to the beach. Nice and quiet. House was very clean and up to date. Was exactly as pictured in the listing. Only incredibly minor complaint was that the smoke alarm is super sensitive and went off every time we used the oven. Better to work than not at all though! Definitely will be coming back. "

"It was really nice. Two things though. Dishes were still in dishwasher. They were clean. I put them away. Secondly, the living room floor was a bit unclean. Our small dog found two hard crackers with garlic on them and a popsicle stick. I think they were at the edge of the front of the couchs.Otherwise, everything was good."

"We had issues with our stay making it pretty stressful at times. Checking was 3 hours late with little advance notice, WiFi issues, toilet flushing issues, breaker tripped by cleaners, and wrong pool code given. Vacasa was property manager and they were not very helpful unless speaking to a supervisor."
