With seven bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that no one's comfort will go unattended to. Each room boasts a personal TV, soft linens, and adorable nautical-themed mementos. The primary bedroom is a unique haven of peace with its oceanfront views and spa-like en suite bathroom. Moments of self-care will be achieved as you sink into the in-shower tub or rinse off under a stream of warm water in the large shower.

Outside, multiple levels of living are available for everyone's enjoyment. Sunbathe, dine alfresco, or simply breathe in the salty air. Be sure to go for a refreshing soak in the private hot tub while you're here as well. When you can pull yourself away from this space, explore nearby Soundside Park, Shipwreck Point Golf, North Topsail Beach Town Park, and all of the area's restaurants and local shops.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: One ring camera with flood lights located on driveway facing the main road to home. One ring camera on top of home(sun deck) attached to wall facing the ocean. One ring doorbell camera located on right post of home near side entrance of the building, facing the road/driveway.
