"We stayed at the house to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday with most of the special women in her life. It was a night of showering her with affirmations, commitment, and love. We played games, did an art project and laughed really hard. The house absorbed us all well. The owners were very communicated r and cccomodatonf! We loved it and would rent it again! "

"This house had an amazing view of the puget sound. It was also a close drive to Freeland, Langley and Clinton, so it was easy to hop around Whidbey Island. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the very fancy, retro stove (that was a cool touch)."

"I selected this place because it looked great and the price was right, with a location close to the beach. What they don't say is there's a fee that gets added and it's nearly the cost of a full day of stay, so take that into consideration before choosing. Plus, the checkout time is 10am, which is unheard of. You'll get charged another hefty fee for late checkout. It's spacious, there's great views, and a number of amenities offered including a grill, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The pots and pans all look like they were bought from Goodwill. The fridge was condensing on the inside and a puddle from this condensation formed and dripped on to the floor. There's barely any cutlery and cooking utensils. There's count 'em two spoons and they're low quality. The remote for the tv is missing. The owner of the place is Vacasa, and they are not local, they're a corporate entity. I told them about the problem with the fridge. Communication with the vacasa is via text, but they only thing they can do is contract with a local manager. In the end, no one came to fix it. Because of the disconnect, it just does not feel like a home, it feels like a stark, barely furnished box that's run for a corporation. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Wolf Beach cottage so much. The view was gorgeous, and it’s a short walk to the beach. We spent many hours bird watching and enjoying the peace and quiet on the beach. We saw deer, bunnies, bald eagles and harbor seals. If you’ve never vacationed on Whidbey Island, I highly recommend it. Why spend hours waiting in line and sweating at Disney when you can enjoy the peace and quiet of this magical place? We went kayaking, whale watching, hiking, and antiquing. We also spent a lot of time doing nothing and having ice cream every evening at Sprinkles."

"Very relaxing and enjoyable for our family stay on Whidbey Island. Host Gary was very prompt in responding to questions and issues. Access to private beach was a little bonus for walking along when the tide was low, although a steep climb back but option to drive. Location made towns of Langley and Coupeville easy to visit, and grocery store only 15 minutes away."
