"The house is lovely, everyone from adults to children enjoyed staying here! The games room and slide was a massive hit with the children and every room was spacious and very clean! Would 100% recommend staying here for a short break or longer! Myself, my family and my friends will be looking to stay here again in the future "

"There is a reason why I keep coming back to Cosy barn I simply love everything about it. I honestly can’t fault it . Location is perfect the barn itself is spotlessly clean , comfortable and as the title says cosy. Riki and her husband are great hosts . Look forward to returning here next year . "

"Loved the property, it’s a beautiful building, the staff were amazing.we were upgraded to a sea view (thank you) the room was huge, very very comfortable, the only mark down was the size of the bathroom. It was tiny, although perfectly serviceable. We walked from the hotel straight onto the SW coastal path and walked to Boscastle- a fabulous walk."

"The hotel is in an excellent position near the town centre but with an easy to access large car park. The staff are unassuming and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food and wines were excellent. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable with attractive traditional furnishings and immaculate en suites. The style is old empire and charming. "
