"Food was excellent. Room was very comfortable. My usual bugbear is staffing and service but at this hotel I'd say 100 percent is selling them short . "Whilst we only stayed one night after a family event in Chester the beds were confortable and we could see the possibilities of the venue as an excellent place for parties or events. Shame we didn't have more time to use the facilities such as the hot tub and dinning room table"

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down ..."
