"It was a solo trip in end of October. The people who work there are very kind and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and was given a quiet room. The room it self is nice. The shower always had hot water. It was a comfortable room. At the very center of Copenhagen near many sights. . I felt safe on my own. It would be perfect if they had a kittle in the room. I would absolutely return and stay at this hotel. I loved Copenhagen so much, I would love to come back. "

"Great location for getting around. Nice staff. Bar drinks are a bit expensive. And the en-suite arrangement is a bit odd. The toilet is nearly touching the wall with the toilet roll right next to you. It’s very strange. Information could be a bit clearer. For example we got told to ‘Take the lift, it’s over there near the window’ There are 3 lifts and about 100 windows haha, we worked it out in the end. Other than that it’s ok. We enjoyed our stay."

"I see why people are complaining about the mild and cleaning. When I checked in the card about housekeeping protocol on my bed had a nice piece of sticky gum on the back of it and at rhetorical end of the bed-on the floor there were food wrappers and an empty plastic bottle. All of that should have been noticed. As for the mold in the shower. That is actually there but it's not a cleaning issue-that's a maintenance matter. They need to rip out the old caulk-which has the mold and is impossible...

"Our stay was great, an excellent location. However whilst there is individual air conditioning, under and over certain temperatures it’s overridden and controlled by the hotel. We appreciate the temperature outside but the room and bathroom particularly were excessively hot. It was so hot we had to leave the balcony doors open all night even though it was 1 degree outside, probably lower through the night to try and bring the temperature down. This was only safe as we were on the second floor....

"Great location, everything to see is in walking distance. Arriving from train station is a 5 min walk. Ideal low cost stay, only negative is the room is very small but we only used it for sleeping and showering and for 3 nights so it was manageable. Staff helpful when need to ask something. Would have been nice to have cups, tea, coffee in the room but these needed to be collected from reception. Overall great stay, clean rooms, perfect location for city. "
