"Great location next to a great park good for kids of all ages. There is a short 7min walk over a cute little harbour to get to some Great eateries. Rooms were super clean, spacious and had all the right mod cons for a great quick family stay on our travels. "

"Stayed few days for work and the beginning of the holiday and it was really nice. The bed is comfortable and location is closed to shops and restaurants. Trying to park for check in right after getting of the Spirit could take longer but understandable. Recommend! "

"Great place but the bed mattress is too soft and not comfortable, we stayed for one night in two different room and my mate had same issue he told me that he didn’t sleep well because of the mattress and pillows but service was top and breakfast was supper ."

"Met all expectations and more. Rather comfy bed and pillows. Little dusty in room and a little noisy given it was top floor yet could hear people in car park clear as day. "

"We stayed in an executive room, just myself and my 9 year old son, for one night whilst visiting friends and family in Ulverstone. I would highly recommend staying in the executive rooms as they are much newer and don’t seem to have some of the issues of the older rooms. We never had any trouble. We had babies in both rooms beside us and never heard any noise all night. The rooms have been nicely renovated with a good shower, large tv, new AC unit and comfortable beds. Check in/check out...
