THE CAPTAINS QUARTERS is a bright, spacious, family-friendly split level unit. The large fully appointed Kitchen and dining room living room are on the upper floor. There is a lovely deck off off the dining room. This unit features 1 bedroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms down stairs. The first features a Queen bed, Down stairs, the second a Queen and, the third bedroom has a double and 2 singles The lower level has a bathroom and laundry room.This unit features comfortable beds all around, with a total of two bathrooms, laundry, closets, and, a common patio area adjacent to a landscaped yard with a fire pit. We are pet-friendly with preapproved pets. The pet fee is $35 per stay. Lovely upper floor quiet one-bedroom apartment with plenty of space to spread out and ry is available. Beach access is just down the street.
Pet friendly upon approval. The Pet fee is $35/stay.

Lovely stay in Homer! My family took up the front part of this home, and we had a fantastic stay. The house is well appointed, we were able to cook many of our meals at the house. Lots of birds, the sounds of the ocean, and even during a very busy season, the house is located on a quiet street. Timed it as a 7 minute walk down the bluff to the beach, which felt very secluded and serene. Connie was extremely responsive; truly could not ask for a better host. Would love to stay again!

Captain's Quarters is overwhelmingly stunning in every respect The combination of incredible full Kachemak Bay views from room after room with the rooms themselves is really special. Balconies add to the dramatic closeness of the whole Bay and glaciers across.Check-in is easy.. Kitchen is open to sunken living room, with a great pantry and lots of pots,pans, bowls, etc. Large glassed-in shower in one of the two bathrooms. Plentiful sleeping areas, so it's easy to host quite a few people, resulting in an economical price.Connie is a warm, accessible host!
