Welcome to our beautiful upstairs getaway! Condo1 is perfect for two (2) guests located in the scenic, historic district of Old Homosassa. It is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We offer a king size bed, breakfast nook, waterfall shower, jacuzzi tub and more. It is located next door to the Yulee Sugar Mill Historic Ruins Monument and the Museum Cafe'. There is a Food Truck on site, JR'S Smashburgers. Also within a mile of the Condo is waterfront entertainment, Tiki Bars, and boat ramps, are abound for your entertainment. The Homosassa Wildlife Park is also located two miles from the condo. It is the only place in the world where you are allowed to interact with the manatees in the natural springs. The condo provides a romantic setting with a jacuzzi tub and waterfall shower for honeymooners and anniversary celebrations. The whole upstairs loft and downstairs breezeway is available for the guests vacation needs. The upstairs studio like Condo is within 1 hour from Tampa and Orlando. The Business downstairs have a Surveillance system which covers the stairwell, breezeway and the exterior of the building.

Perfect place to get away.
Clean and cozy. Had everything we needed and more for an amazing getaway. Smash burgers were amazing!! We went through 20. Rick is a Rock Star!! The only bad thing is we have to work harder to loose the weight we put on lol. The place is close to everything we wanted to explore. We will most likely return.

We enjoyed a long weekend away in this cozy studio just a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops. The burger stand downstairs is a must try as well! Made our trip to Homosassa a comfortable trip!

Nice location close to all the good stuff in Homosassa. There is a nice dive bar with very friendly staff, great food, cheap prices, and happy locals next door. We had a lot of fun there. The main drag on the river is less than a mile away. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, enough; nothing special, but not bad. If you like your privacy there are some minor issues here. There were blinds missing on the front door and the shower had a big window with nothing to conceal your naked body. All in all, the place is totally worth the money. I felt good staying there and would stay again. They should really get some window coverings though

Neil was awesome to deal with. Studio was perfect for what we needed - super clean , cold AC and a comfy bed. A great place to stay for a few nights on fishing or scalloping trips , walk to an ice cold beer and the best wings in FLA , and two minutes to the marinas.

Property was as advertised. Clean and tidy. Centrally located for our activities. Stairs were a bit hard for old folks to climb and carry up luggage. Bed was too soft and lumpy. Other than that the condo was sufficient for our needs.
