"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were inquiring about a restaurant that was recommended to us and they saved us an uber trip to a restaurant that was permanently closed. THANK YOU! I loved the free bus shuttles from the hotel to Causeway. Super convenient!! I would definitely come back! "

" For washroom supplies, we have only the toothbrush and the toothhpaste in pill form, very poor. Will try another hotel next trip to Hong Kong. This hotel is becoming old. There is only one USB outlet. All the power outlets are only in Hong Kong Style, and the hotel does not provide any help for converter. "The included breakfast was excellent, but it does get busy by 9 so we had to wait sometimes, or share a larger table. We made use of the free shuttle a couple of times, but it was also a very close walk to Times Square if you know about the "subway" underpass to get by the large roads bordering the hotel. We thought our adjoining room was very comfortable. The mattresses were on the harder side but we still got restful sleep. "
