Mixed feelings. Hotel is quiet and beautiful, a good refuge from all the craziness outside. Part of the staff was friendly (front desk) and part very unpolite (restaurant). Breakfast was a mess, long lines for coffee, no tables, hard to find everything and stressed out staff. Room was small and bed linens poor quality. We were given 1 extra hour for check out so I thank them for that.

The only thing better than this property is their people. From the Concierge on down, I was treated as royalty. From the welcoming that I received to the service to the stay. The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff). But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!
