Helpful, friendly staff. Room furnishings, carpet, bedding and beds seriously need updates. Our shower backed up on the first night, but was quickly addressed. Vents clogged with thick layers of dust. Kitchenette poorly stocked with utensils, cookware and dish ware. No paper towels, trash can liners or paper napkins. We paid $1,100 for a two night stay in a junior suite which was very disappointing. Was not a good value for our money. Resort fee charged for…?

The room is extreme poorly maintained. It smell of mold, the fixtures are broken and there is almost no water pressure at the shower . Defensively NOT worth $250 a night! Find a different facility!

It was my 1st time visiting Hawaii the property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful very knowledgeable of things around the area and the city. We were right next door to all the restaurants, shopping places and the tourist areas and bus stations that would take you to sightseeing or riding the city bus. The only problem is the room heater didn’t work room was a but chilly and the water from the shower didn’t go down the drain so the water stayed in the tub. Hotel overall was beautiful I will definitely recommend this place and I will return.
