the staff were all excellent and helpful. affordable but great option. less than 5 minutes walk to beach, shopping, lots of food and they offered $35USD in close by parking lot. use of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels for free borrow! overall ANAZING

Perfect location!! Easy walking - you are right downtown Waikiki beach and famous hotels and shopping! Food choices very convenient - front desk staff very accommodating! Friendly and helpful!

Don’t believe the pictures, this hotel is very dated and dirty. The entire 3 rd floor smelled like mold. Before we arrived our room was downgraded because of a broken tv, the parking was very inconvenient and the hotel is hard to find. If we didn’t arrive at almost midnight I would’ve found something else

The staff was very friendly but the hotel itself was not very clean. The bedding had hair on it, a lot of the furniture was damage and the room had a smell. We later found out that smell was coming from under the sink, there was food and other things left from previous guest, it was never taken out. We also asked for our room to be made up while out and it was only done 2 times.

Room was decent size, but a bizarre layout with all glass from bathroom, shower and bedroom. Good thing I was alone. Very strange. A bit noisy maybe for some but didn’t bother me. Low murmur of Voices from bar next door. TV didn’t work, didn’t notice until 10pm. Staff came, tried to reprogram but couldn’t. I was offered a room change, but at that late hour I was exhausted and didn’t want to pack up. Only stayed one night. Pool area looked nice. Small, but clean and comfortable.

I recently stayed at the Polynesian Residences and had a fantastic experience. The location is a major plus, with easy walkability to the beautiful beachfront and close access to numerous convenient stores and restaurants. The studio layout includes a sink, microwave, and two-burner stove, making it a cost-effective option for travelers who prefer to prepare their own meals rather than dining out. The hotel is family-friendly, with spacious rooms and bathrooms that accommodate everyone comfortably. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The pool area was a delightful retreat, not crowded, providing a perfect spot to relax. Additionally, the second-floor deck offers a great space for various open-air activities. For the price in Waikiki, I highly recommend the Polynesian Residences for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

This hotel staff were friendly and it was clean and convenient to everything! Food, shopping and the beach all a few steps away. The staff there made it like a small family atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel!

Overall, i think the area was realy convenient for everything like shopping, walking and getting food except for one rhing which was parking space. Still had a great experience thanks to the hotel and the staff.

For the price I paid, it’s about what you might expect. The bathrooms smell moldy (our fan didn’t work) and the coffee machine in the room did not work. Beds were comfy, and pool area: a great place to hang out. Staff are very helpful.
