Vacation home for 2-4-6 people by pond/lake and next to the sea in Zeeland.

In this beautifully renovated holiday villa with sauna by the water you will experience the ultimate form of peace and space. The location of this property offers a lot of privacy and offers from the garden a view of the large water feature in the holiday park.

The ground floor is spacious with an open living space in which the living room, dining area and kitchen with enough cupboard space are realized. Really a home where you and your partner, family or friends can enjoy each other and a lot of fun.
Downstairs you will also find a sauna, with a separate shower and in the living room there is a wood burning stove that provides extra atmosphere during cooler periods. Wood is included in the rent.

On the top floor you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, sink and a second toilet.
The upper floor has just been renovated since March 2019.

The storage room has a washing machine, dryer and extra cupboard space.
Outside there is a drying mill, bike rack and you have a fantastic view from the jetty. The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

A new, large terrace has been laid out outside. In other words: the perfect place to have your breakfast in the morning sun in peace. With a spaciously laid out jetty you can pull your line for fishing or enjoy the sun.

You must rent bed linnen (indicated in the payment tool).
The beds are equipped with an anti-allergic protective cover, a cover, anti-allergic cushion covers, pillowcases, bed covers.

Wunderschönes Fleckchen von Holland,
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer idealen Nutzung von 2 bis 3 Personen. Die Gegend dort ist sehr abwechselungsreich. Man kann am Strand liegen und das Meer genießen, oder aber sein Geld beim Shoppen ausgeben. Fazit: wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Wie oben bereits bewertet. Sehr gute Ausrüstung des Hauses.Sehr sauber. Vermieterin (Besitzerin) sehr bemüht den Gast zufrieden zu stellen. Vorschlag zur noch besserer Bewertung. 2 Sonnenliegen zum chillen.Das glasdach bräuchte ein Rollo ( Beschattung) sonst heizt das ganze Haus auf. Es war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt mit sehr vielen schönen Ausflügen. Schöne Grüße F, Stoffels

Ruhig und sauber im schön angelegten Ferienhaus-Park . Unangenehm ist das Gebell div. Hunde morgens ab 7 Uhr, wenn die ersten Hundebesitzer Gassi gehen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.

Entspannen an der Westerschelde
Der Empfang durch Frau Deschrywer war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist trotz der Größe der Anlage ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf eine von Vögeln gut besuchte Teichanlage. Die Nordsee hinterm nahen Deich war gut zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Es gab Bademöglichkeiten an den verschiedenen Strandabschnitten in Breskens nur 8 km entfernt. Beeindruckend war das super gut gewartete und gut ausgeschilderte Fahrradwegesystem. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Tolles Haus - nette Vermieterin
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben (und auf den Fotos gezeigt). Die Kommunikation mit Sarah und Ihrem Mann war unkompliziert und angenehm - ebenso wie die Übergabe. Man merkt an vielen kleinen und großen Details im Haus, dass es den beiden Freude bereitet, Gäste zu haben. Wir waren zu fünft (drei Generationen) und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Hätten wir mehr Zeit in der schönen Anlage verbracht, wären mehr als zwei Liegestühle schön gewesen. Aber wir waren tagsüber immer unterwegs. Durch den Glasanbau Richtung See wird es im EG an sonnigen Tagen sehr schnell sehr warm im Haus (weshalb wohl in einigen anderen Bewertungen eine fehlende Klimaanlage bemängelt wird). Bei Querlüftung (und Dank Nachtabkühlung) blieben die Temperaturen aber immer erträglich. Und die Schlafräume im OG waren deutlich kühler. In Zeeland und im angrenzenden Belgien gibt es viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele und viele schöne Strände. Zwei unserer Highlights: die Hof-Käserei südlich von Hoofdplaat und das Schloss Gravenstein in Gent (unbedingt den kostenlosen Audio-Guide nutzen :-)!! ). Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen (@Sarah: Sorry, dass wir es nicht geschafft haben, einen Eintrag in des Gästebuch zu schreiben)!!

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Nach der völlig problemlosen Buchung fanden wir ein wunderbares, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus vor, sehr sauber mit allem was benötigt wird. Die Kücheneinrichtung haben wir bisher noch nie so vollständig und gut vorgefunden. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar und ausnehmend freundlich. Wir haben bereits für das Jahr 2024 gebucht.

Das Ferienhaus hat voll unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Einrichtung war gut, besonders die Betten, Achtung die Doppelbetten haben auch französische Oberbetten. Ungewöhnlich ist nur dass, das WC im Erdgeschoss kein Waschbecken hat. Leider dürfen E-Autos am Haus nicht geladen werden. Im Ferienpark mit seinen großen Wasserflächen leben auch sehr viele Kanadagänse und ihre Hinterlassenschaften verunreinigen die Wiesen und Weg doch sehr.

Urlaub an der Nordsee
Ein sehr erholsamer Uraub außerhalb der Feriensaison. Ich bin froh, dass es so war, denn wenn dort jeder Haus belegt ist, ist es mit Sicherheit mit der Ruhe vorbei. Es überträgt sich alles sehr in der Anlage. Die Anlage war soweit gut gepflegt, bis auf den großen Spielplatz an der Rezeption. Dort war alles voller Entenscheiße und niemand hat sich in den 14 Tagen darum gekümmert. Unser Haus war sehr schön, aber leider sehr , sehr heiss ohne Klimaanlage. Der Ort hatte einen schönen kleinen Laden mit sehr leckeren frischen Brötchen am Morgen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 6 km mit dem Rad oder Auto zu fahren. In Breskens findet man sehr schöne Sandstrände. Die Orte wie Brugge, Slouis, Gent und Middelburg kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus am See in einem ruhigen Park (an das Geschnatter der Gänse gewöhnt man sich). Das Haus ist sehr sauber, nett eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Vermisst haben wir nur ein Handwaschbecken in der zweiten Toilette. Die Kommunikation mit Sarah war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Hoofdplaat :-)

Ein sehr ruhig und schön an einem See liegendes, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattetes Haus, etwas abseits der frequentierten Touristenorte, die mit dem Fahrad gut erreichbar sind. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und entspannt dort. Die Vermieterin war zuverlässig, antwortete schnell, alles top.

Traumhafte Herbstwoche in tollen Ferienhaus
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche Urlaub in diesem herausragend schönem Ferienhaus. Es war so sauber, wie wir noch nie ein Ferienhaus erlebt haben und von der Bettwäsche bis zu Handtüchern und vielen anderen Annehmlichkeiten war es einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist absolut einzigartig, direkt am See und nah am Meer (wir haben sogar jeden Tag Robben dort gesehen). Die Kommunikation mit Sarah war perfekt und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu erwähnen ist auch der sehr gepflegte Tennisplatz, der anscheinend nur von uns genutzt wurde. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können einen Urlaub hier uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
