"Overall the stay was comfortable and fairly priced. The grade 2 listed is of great standing and looks. While you walk around this Tudor house and grounds feeling you’re brushing with the past. The food, is of a great standard and size. The down side to our weekend here, was being woken up at 11.30ish ..."

"Nice Hotel in lovely grounds. Good they do reasonably priced single rooms for business trips. Excellent breakfast. At reception they did say the bar would be open until 11.30pm but last orders was 10.30pm and they refused to serve a couple that came in at 10.35pm, so be warned."
