"Beautiful hotel with some history to it. Still has its classic charms with high ceilings, gorgeous drapes and winding oak staircase with stained glass windows. Outstanding! We arrived well before check in and service was excellent. They retained our bags and placed them in our room when it was ready. The room products were of high quality.. l’occitane in the bathroom and Taylor’s coffee bags not vile Nescafé provided for our room. Loved the later check out of 12 noon. "

"Unfortunately, the kitchen had a bad smell, caused by blocked drains, on the Saturday, during breakfast. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed was great. There was no noise and the tv was a good size. I really enjoyed the stay. Many thanks. "
