"Hotel and Spa staff are excellent. Location in the New Forest is ideal and I regularly recommend Brockenhurst as a good location to base oneself. The hotel is OK but slightly disappointing given it's price point and premium positioning. Room are tired and slightly under equipped, the spa area is a little dated with free access only including the basic pool and steam room/sauna and the breakfast, although offering a good range of options, became rapidly depleted.
