"I was allocated a good sized clear quiet room which I was very happy with. For me the lighting in Leo's bar was too harsh, but I do prefer lower side lit environments so this is just preference. I asked the hotel to provide me with a VAT invoice for my parking and to include my company name on it so I can recover the VAT. They provided the invoice but ignored my request for the company name. This hits me in the pocket so they lose a point for that."

"The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. The room was clean but in need of a little TLC with some of the hooks on the walls being loose.
