"Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für Kinder sind viele Tiere auf der Anlage und ein schöner Spielplatz. Der Frühstückservice war nicht OK, weil Bestellungen nicht ankamen. Auch die Mülltonne wurde nur sporadisch geleert vor dem Haus. Laut der Chefin liegt dies wohl an der an dem fehlenden Personal. Sonst alles gut und zu empfehlen."

"The house had plenty of space for two families. The location was good for our purpose (skiing in spindleruv Mlyn). It was hard drying wet clothes though we used a rack in front of the fireplace but it took a long time. Good kitchen equipment (own missing though). Many bathrooms and nice sauna. "Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Wir hatten viel Platz. Die Betten waren etwas kurz für due großen Teenager. Und due obere Etage ist etwas hellhörig. "Das Haus ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Eine Toilette war defekt, die Spüle in der Küche nur einseitig nutzbar und das Bett mussten wir erstmal mit Panzertape reparieren. Es gibt KEINEN Kleiderschrank, also lebt man aus dem Koffer. Die Spinnweben an den Wänden und Decken haben wir erstmal entfernt, aber gegen den Modergeruch ließ sich nichts machen. Die Grillecke war ganz nett, aber zum Glück hatten wir einen eigenen Grill mit. Der vorhandene Grill war nicht nutzbar. Auch auf dem Grundstück...

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...
