"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"Car park was down a lot of steps from hotel, every time you needed to get car out you had to ask security to come down and unlock the gate, which was a bit of a hassle but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is about 4 hotels and it is a long walk between them and dining or reception along corridors, up and down steps, one nearly needs GPS. The breakfast was very mediocre 3 star at best, pillows very uncomfortable, room itself was very nice with balcony and good bathroom with...

"Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel als mittelmäßig bewerten. Die Kissen sind fleckig, der Haartrockner ist veraltet und für langes Haar nicht geeignet. Die Duschkabine ist schimmelig, der Duschkopf verkalkt, und der Vorhang könnte eine Wäsche vertragen, usw. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, es gibt wenig Gemüse im Angebot.
