"We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund. We had a number of sled dogs with us and these were accommodated without restriction. I can only give an average score on a number of things as I don't have anything much to compare against. However, the owners/managers were lovely, friendly and helpful and even came to watch at our event that we were taking part in. Down side, our water heater might not have been working too...

"Roger, this man is a lifesaver! We arrived at this hotel tired from several days of skiing. We were pleased to see a free spa with jacuzzis and a sauna. It has a beautiful interior and smells/looks so clean. There were also snacks and drinks to purchase up front. We had to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m. the next morning but didn’t rent a car. "This was our second time staying at Hotel Emma. It is a small hotel with large rooms, a nice breakfast area and a lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in looked like the bathroom had just been renovated. The hotel in conveniently located on the main shopping street so that we were able to walk to restaurants and activities.
