Meet up for more elaborate meals at the adjacent table, or head out to the furnished and covered balcony to enjoy dining in the open air with the aid of your electric grill. The sunlit living area welcomes you with comfortable leather furniture and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. And on-site, you and your guests will also enjoy lush, landscaped gardens, intersecting golf cart paths, a glittering pool, and easy lake access.

Guests do not have access to Horseshoe Bay Resort and their amenities.
Vacasa does not manage building amenities and features outside of the home, including the parking lot, elevators, and exterior.
Please be aware that this area is undergoing renovations. Unfortunately, we do not receive notifications about the start or end dates of the work. As a result, we are unable to provide refunds for any inconvenience caused by construction noise. Thank you for your understanding.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
