" The three of us came to spend a few days relaxing, talking, and enjoying the quietness of the area. The house was clean, stocked with supplies we would need, and was located on a rise with a beautiful view of the lake below us. The furnishings had been well taken care of and were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the deck at the rear of the house where we just sat and talked and felt some of the pressures of the past few months just melting away. It was what we needed, and we came away refreshed. We had plenty of pots and pans for cooking, plates, bowls, utensils, and just about everything else one would find in their own home. The only thing we had to do was the cooking and cleaning up after ourselves! We hope to come here again next year. "

"Although the staff was great, the property is old and tired. The attempt to update falls short, very short. TV did not work. Shower was barely warm. Tile floor (entire floor) was dirty (not easy to keep clean). Again, not the fault of Staff, property is just worn out!"

"We enjoyed the quiet, the small wildlife, and peacefulness of the lake. The cabin was perfect for the two of us. Our only criticism would be the coffee pot. It kept shutting off before it made a full pot, and didn’t keep the coffee hot. Other than that, all good. "
