"The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The elevators were quick and smooth going up or down. Location was great for walking to many shops, restaurants, and experiencing some of the history of Hot Springs. This was our second stay at this hotel and plan on coming back for a longer stay. "

"Property is really at very good location, 1mil away from walamart and Sam’s club gas station, 12kin away from bathhouse. Staff was very humble and polite. Check in was smooth. Room is very clean and spacious. Hallway was also clean otherwise generally I encounter noise or smell but here the property is very quite and clean. Really worth it."

"The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The complimentary breakfast provided each morning was substantial and tasty. The hotel was within walking distance of the casino/horse track. Plenty of free parking. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are small, but it is a Microtel, so to be expected. I will definitely stay here again."

"We've stayed at this location before and it's not loud or uncomfortable. This time, the room must not have been in use for awhile because there was a dank smell. If you are expecting customers, at least check that the room smells nice. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioners in the wall containers and although I was happy to get a smoking room, the comforter had burn holes in it. "
