Lovely historical hotel, centrally located. Easy access to restaurants and bathhouses. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices but parking was expensive. The air conditioning in the room was old and didn’t work well but it’s Important to remember that historical buildings are not going to brand new AC etc. The charm and location outweighs the the negative but would have been very uncomfortable had it been the height of summer.

Lots of renovation going on. Limited parking. Full size beds. Bathroom had lots of cracked tiles, rust, etc, water spots on ceilings, old carpet. I know they are in the process of renovating, but the rooms have gotten pretty run down. Staff was great! Food and drinks in lobby was great!

Buyer beware. While this is a historical property with interesting features the facilities are in great disrepair. The pool and hot tub do not work. Much of the facility is closed off for safety or repair. Our coffee maker malfunctioned in our room. They did not clean our room or replace the coffee maker. Upon leaving we found about 8 erroneous charges on our bill totalling over $400. The one bright spot was an excellent bar staff and live music on Friday/Saturday night which was excellent. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND JUST VISIT THE ARLINGTON.

I loved the location of the property. The history you felt in your bones when you walked into the hotel and it was so beautiful. Great band as well! We were able to walk everywhere and not deal with parking. The staff were so kind and helpful and very friendly. All the shops and restaurants we wanted were within walking distance and it felt very safe for women traveling together. I highly recommend the Arlington.

The carpets are in need of replacing but the hot water and water pressure were amazing, the bed was amazing, the food is great! I loved rainy mornings on the massive wrap around porch! Staff were incredible! This place is a step back in time! Thank you!

Construction started at 6:30 am right outside our window, housekeepers played loud music while cleaning rooms at 7am. Paint peeling off walls, bathroom, carpets and furniture filthy. Expedia would not refund our money even though we moved hotels. Expedia also does not tell you it’s under construction!

Property is in desperaye need of an update. Last time I was here 5 years ago, they said the renovations were starting. 5 years later, nothing has been done. Its a shame, this place could be so much more.

It was mine and my husband's 5th anniversary. We were treated so great. The shower wasn't draining and we had to get maintenance at 5:30 in the morning. They came out quickly and house keeping followed behind.

Alot of history for the history buffs like myself. Beautiful dining and lobby with music and a nice bar. The hotel staff are always polite and and seem to love this history as much as my wife and I. Also, if you're lucky, you may meet a visitor that isn't exactly "with us."
