Price was proper for the time of year, mattress cover had a big stain in the center, bath tub looked dirty but was stained from long term water impurities. Property and interior was clean and inviting, pillows were comfortable and usable but very small in size.

I checked into this property, staff was cold. I got to my room and the heater wasn't working properly, so they had set a space heater in the room. I'm a nonconfrontational person, and with the way that the guy at the front desk acting like it was some kind of inconvenience for him when I checked in, I weathered my room. I paid for a king suite, I expected more than a cold room, and cold service.

I would not recommend this hotel. Our first room had something all over our bed shams. When we moved rooms. That room was worse then the 1st. Room 103 is definitely in need of updating and fixing. There was food under the bed skirt. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and in need of repair. The only good thing is that it was a pet friendly hotel. However, their was hair all over the made beds. We had 2 queen beds with one bed broken and it felt like you were on a teeter totter. Couldnt sleep on it without feeling like you will be thrown of the bed with slight movement.

Room was nice and was clean. Bathroom heater that was on a timer had a regular bulb not a heat lamp bulb and only one outside parking lot light was working. Breakfast was definitely below average. For the price was a decent stay.

Hot springs overnight
Bedbugs in our room on both beds! Friendly desk clerk offered us a different room. I’ve stayed in plenty of Baymont Hotels in the past and none of them were as bad as this one. Clean up the bedbugs please!

Con the manager was very accomidating and seen actively cleaning and doing various things throughout the duration that we were there. I thought I left somthing, so I called and Con was nice enough to go and check the room. If there was anything I ddint particularly care for, it was the breakfast. I feel there could have been a different setup to keep the food warm. Aside from that, beds were comfortablr and the price and hospitality were just what I was looking for!!! Thank you Con Heather-

Front desk staff was great at check in. The bed was comfortable .. after reading reviews, I was hesitant, but it wasn't as bad as the reviews sounded. For $85 a night, it was perfectly fine. A little outdated but it wasn't terrible. The only real complaint was the jets in the hot tub didn't work but the temp was perfect for me
