The highlight of our property? The stunning views of Lake Hamilton that greet you from the back porch and lower level patio. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the tranquil waters, or gather with loved ones for a barbecue as the sun sets in the distance.

For those eager to get out on the water, our private dock and boat slip are at your disposal. Spend the day fishing, swimming, or simply soaking up the sun – the choice is yours! And after a day of lakeside adventures, why not unwind in our soothing hot tub? Let the warm, bubbling waters melt away your cares as you gaze out at the tranquil lake surroundings.

Centrally located, our home puts you just moments away from all that Hot Springs has to offer. ***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

My family and I enjoyed our time in this house! We were able to spend time fishing as well. My favorite was enjoying the view from the top deck. Very peaceful and relaxing. We can’t wait to stay here again. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Wonderful Property, great location.
Had to book this location last minute in a pinch and we are glad that we did. Beautiful home, well appointed, great location, amazing view, clean and wonderful. 5 adults and one kid. House had room for all of us, master bath and bedroom is a nice retreat, basement bedroom and bathroom felt like a separate apartment. Great view of the lake, peaceful place to relax. Location was close to where we wanted to go, yet far enough away we could relax.

This lake house is a great place. Beautiful view with large windows in the main room to enjoy the lake view. Updated, spacious rooms and bathrooms upstairs. Very clean and well stocked drink bar and kitchen. Our only complaint is we had 5 couples for the listed 5 bedroom house. The fifth bedroom isn’t really a bedroom, but a den with a large pullout couch. So no privacy from the 4th bedroom. Otherwise a great place to stay. It’s close to stores and a short drive to downtown Hot Springs.

Beautifully remodeled and great views
Home has been recently remodeled upstairs - beautiful with great views of Lake Hamilton. Lots of space and storage with 3 king bedrooms with 1 master bath and 1 shared bath. Downstairs hasn't been remodeled but offers a lot of private space with another bedroom and small shower. Price is great and location is perfect

Great Stay
This is a beautiful home. Very clean. Lake view everyday was spectacular. The only issues I experienced was the hot tub top would not unlatch. Thankfully It was really cold out and no one wanted to use it. Other than that, it’s an amazing home. I’ll definitely recommend to my friends and family.

This is exactly what we were looking for! We met our adult kids here for a Christmas get away. There was room for everyone and the views of the sunrise and sunset over the lake were Breathtaking! We will probably try to rent it again in the summer and bring our boat! Inside the house everything was very clean and easy to find. Be VERY careful of the stairs that go downstairs!! Our oldest son slipped and slid down. As a suggestion also would be nice to have a book of information onsite. We couldn't find check out instructions anywhere. Also, would be good make sure that the basics are provided. We had to go purchase trash bags and dish soap. Otherwise everything was wonderful. The beds were comfy and the large table was great for all the games we played.

Extremely nice home! Very well appointed with kitchen and bathroom accessories. Plenty of room for all with all king sized bed. The only challenge is it is not accessible for folks with mobility issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house, best location and great host… it’s just perfect!!!
The beautiful photos of the house drew me in and as soon as I arrived I was blown away!! It’s even better in person!! Wow! (It’s rare to say something is actually better in real life than profile pics these days lol) I was looking for a quiet place with a beautiful view for my stop in Hot Springs and this house didn’t disappoint. I was travelling alone and working on this trip but this would be a perfect place to return to for a romantic getaway, or with a group of friends/family. I’m hoping to be back again next year. The host is so lovely and responsive, thanks again Todd! There’s everything you need in the house plus it’s so close to the mall and supermarket. The location is unbeatable. I even managed to take a work break and lay out in the sun on the lounge chair by the water, in November!… what’s a dream. What a view!

Fantastic lake getaway!
The house was absolutely gorgeous. The lake view amazing! It was easy to find and very close to a lot of fun things to do. Honestly, the accommodations are the best I’ve ever been in with a Vrbo. Our host was very responsive when we had questions. This would be a fantastic place for a family vacation/reunion, or a friends weekend. We went to the bath houses and strolled the streets of Hot Springs. It was a great visit! Thanks to our fabulous hosts.

My sisters and I came with our husbands, all the guy’s birthdays are in September so we were just getting away for that, relaxing and enjoying each other’s company.
