If you are looking for a cozy place to explore the outdoors in Hot Springs then this place checks all the boxes. Very clean rooms, well supplied with towels and kitchen wares, and you're right on the water. Can't ask for much else.

Had a wonderful stay over the weekend! It was a great little place to come back to after full days exploring the Hot Springs National Park area. Aaron was always available to communicate with if there were any questions and we had a smooth check-in and check out. Would definitely come back!

My husband and I celebrated our 27th anniversary this weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The deck overlooking the water was peaceful. Highly recommend!

Cute townhouse right on the water with a nice covered patio. Unit is upstairs so beware if health limitations. Property manager was quick to respond with questions. Located equal distance from Hot Springs, Coleman Mine and Turtle Creek Spa.

Lovely river view!
What a wonderful place to stay! Every morning, I would have my coffee and sit out on the back patio, watching the river. Ducks, geese, even deer in the clearing across the river. The place was clean and comfortable. I slept well and the kitchen worked great as I cooked most of my meals instead of going out.

Great place. Could have used another mirror for females in the group. Elderly or disabled would have hard time with stairs. We did. Didn't realize we were upstairs. Mother 88 years. Im disabled. We made it. Loved watching Geese and their babies
