"Our first stay here. All staff who we had contact with were excellent. Things we would have liked to know-we booked two rooms. When we checked in hotel was fully booked and our two rooms were in separate buildings...so our children (young) were not in same building as us. Restaurant on site was fully booked so we had to drive to another food place for dinner after a very long day of driving (make a reservation for dinner at on site restaurant if you plan to eat on site). " We had a wonderful stay at Hillcrest Mansion Inn. It felt like stepping onto a film set worthy of Downton Abbey. The house is beautiful; it was so nice and peaceful to spend time in such a warm and cozy place. Breakfast was phenomenal, Martha is an amazing cook. I felt so pampered the entire weekend we were there. Perfect for those seeking a romantic, out of time, experience. The beds are fantastic which added to our goals for a restful and relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!"
