"We rented this property for a family ski trip. We needed a place that allowed dogs, had lots of rom and was affordable. This home hit the mark on all of our needs and had the bonus of being outside the normal noisy, crowded ski area traffic. If you are up for an extra 15 minute drive to summit county ski areas, this place is a great choice. It's roomy, comfortable and close to some really nice hikes. We'd certainly stay here again."

Everything from the spectacular views out of every window, to the well-stocked kitchen, and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in…I can’t say enough great things about this rental. "Easy, simple check-in, peaceful setting with mountain views from every angle. If you stay, make sure you drive up County Road 20. Close to gorgeous Lake Granby, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park. There are so many beautiful places to see. The Parshall Inn is a unique place to get a meal and drink. We saw a female moose with her baby at RMNP, so amazing. The house is comfortable and welcoming with a well furnished kitchen. Loved it and wish it was closer to us."

"Very nice place. Exactly as advertised. Clean and cozy. Past reviews complained about noisy upstairs tenants but no problem with this visit. Hardly heard them come and go. Gave 5 Stars for location but keep in mind this is Kremmling, not Steamboat Springs. Very good communication with the property manager. Would stay here before a motel or hotel. Definitely recommend. "This is a good physical location to access lots of outdoor activity in the area. The property is quite small and cramped. No more than 3 folks can be here comfortably and even then your not going to want to spend a lot of time in the residence. It does have a lot of wear as it was a 1936 tpe cabin and to do it a major upgrade would be a lot of effort. However for under 200.00 a day its a cost saver."
