This recently remodelled, exquisite five bedroom mountain retreat offers generous space, making it a perfect haven for two extended families or a group of friends seeking an elevated getaway amidst the stunning backdrop of the village and ski resort. Revel in breathtaking vistas of both sunrise and sunset. Centrally situated, this home provides easy access to ski lifts, bars, restaurants, shops, and the medical center. Following your day of skiing adventures, return to the warmth of a double-sided fireplace. For added convenience, there is also a dedicated garage for one vehicle.

The space
~This beautiful home has smart TV's in all bedrooms and the lounge rooms. If the weather is bad you can cosy up and watch endless movies with free Foxtel and wi-fi.

Guest access
We are happy to meet our guests at the property. There is also keypad access for after hours arrival.

Other things to note
All vehicles entering Mt Hotham resort during the snow season (usually June long weekend to early October), are required to pay a resort entry fee which contributes to the costs of operating the resort.

For short stays, a day or multi-day permit is available, for regular visitors and seasonal residents, season permits may offer the best value.

It is a legal requirement of the Mount Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board (as per the Alpine Resorts (Management) Regulations 2009) that chains must be carried during the declared winter period, and only diamond pattern chains are permitted.

All vehicles must carry chains when entering the resort.
All vehicles must fit chains as directed by ‘fit chains’ signage.
Exemptions for fitting chains (ie. 4WD exemption) are determined by road conditions on an ongoing basis.

Fitting winter/snow tyres does not negate the requirement to carry or fit chains as directed.
